Hi there,

So I dived into the deep end head first and started up my own website and wellness blog ...

For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Charlotte Gordon, an 19 year old foodie and an aspiring nutritionist. My sister Maddy and I have a food gram called @fresh.foooodies which I love, it’s so cool to have something that is ours together and something that we are both so passionate about! Making and eating good food seriously makes me happy :)

If I’m honest I’ve been wanting to start up a blog that was linked a bit with the food gram since half way through this year, which now is 6 months ago. (I am the queen of procrastination!) The thought of starting a blog excited me but equally scared me quite a lot too. I believe, living in the fear that no one would read it, like it and also caring too much about others opinions definitely helped me to make up some seriously good excuses as to why I shouldn’t start this up! But recently, I have been very inspired and supported by some special people and decided just to do it! So here it is, my very own website, name and everything.

Why the name: THE WHOLENESS HUB? It was funny actually, once I actually decided to do this it kind of just popped into my head. I laughed at first, but as I kept thinking about it, I actually really liked it. The definition of WHOLENESS: pertaining to all aspects of human nature, especially one’s physical, intellectual, and spiritual development. So I thought very fitting, as from my personal experience and as I am still learning health and wellness certainly isn’t just about nourishing food and moving your body! There is so much more, and as the definition of wholeness states it’s everything!

I don’t claim to know everything but I do look forward to sharing some of my life with you, recipes, cafe reviews and a few other bits and bobs!
