Led by Charlie Gordon, Bonnie Bird and Julia Lane experienced guides who know how to hold space, between the 3 of them they are qualified in Coaching, Reiki, NLP, Pilates, Psychology, Kinesiology, Breathwork, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine.

The Experience *
Set in the lush Byron Bay hinterland at Blue Green Sanctuary, this intimate luxury retreat offers a spacious pause from everyday life. A place to soften, breathe deeply, and return to what nourishes you most.
Across four days and three nights, you’ll be supported in a beautiful semi-private setting with twin-share accommodation and your own private pool, immersed in serene surroundings that naturally support a sense of calm and presence.
Each day unfolds with gentle daily meditation, opportunities for movement, and nourishing farm-to-table meals designed to ground and restore. The rhythm of the retreat is intentionally spacious, allowing for reflection, subtle recalibration, and meaningful connection with self and others.
You’ll be guided through group wellness workshops and experiences that blend kinesiology, energy work, reiki, and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation, softening of patterns, and a shift toward deeper listening. Between sessions, enjoy space for renewal with access to sauna, cold plunge, outdoor baths and multiple private pools among the lush landscape.
