ABOUT
Charlotte Gordon
OUR FOUNDER + FACILITATOR
We focus on the entirety of your human experience - because all of it contributes to your wholeness. We believe in the synergy of personal and professional development to create profound, lasting transformation in your life.
Our mission is to lead people back to their truest, most whole selves. To remind you of your impact when you show up grounded, regulated, and resourced. We work with humans who know they are here to create real impact in complete alignment with what matters most to them. Those who want to step into their "bigness" without burning out to get there.
Where it began
My journey into this work started in my early teens, when I was navigating my own relationship with my body, with what "healthy" actually meant for me, and experiencing debilitating mental health. That was the beginning of a personal development journey that would shape the rest of my life. I fell in love with Dr Libby's books, devoured every wellness blog I could find, and read Melissa Ambrosini's Mastering Your Mean Girl more times than I can count.
At eighteen, I hired my first coach. Quite simply, she changed my life. She opened my eyes to the power of the mind, and to how much our daily rituals and lifestyle choices shape our entire world.
I knew, almost instantly, that this was the work I was here to do.
The Wholeness Hub started as a blog with the intention of a creative outlet whilst studying a science heavy degree. It evolved into a beautiful community, brand partnership opportunities, content creation, a business “Nourishing Nibbles” selling bliss balls and then bliss ball bake mixes. Then in 2019, I saw my first clients through one-on-one coaching, which has since grown into group programs, workshops, retreats, keynote speaking, podcasting and a growing suite of offerings built from everything I have learned, studied, and lived.
The chapter that changed everything
In 2024, my fiancé Johnny sustained a life-changing spinal cord injury. Overnight, I became his full-time carer, and everything I thought I knew about resilience, healing, and what it actually takes to hold yourself together in the hardest moments was tested in ways no qualification could have prepared me for.
Yet I truly believe the years I had spent investing in myself, building an unshakeable foundation, understanding my own mind, developing real emotional intelligence and resilience are what carried me through a chapter I never could have seen coming. The little things become the big things. And a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. I have said both of those for years, I have never understood them more fully than I did in this season.
I learned how to administer medication. I learned the language of spinal units, of funding systems, of physiotherapy and occupational therapy. I sat in more hospital meetings than I can count, while also trying to remain an individual, a coach, a partner, and a person with my own grief to carry too.
That season took almost everything I had. My work became my way of life, every piece of knowledge I had ever studied or habit I hadn’t quite mastered yet became something I was now living and embodying, at a rate that still moves me when I look back on it. It asked me to put down most of what I had built in my business. And then, slowly, it gave me back a version of this work that is more honest, more embodied, and more impactful than anything I could have taught before living it.
Everything I now teach about nervous system regulation, about resourcing yourself through seasons that have no roadmap, about finding your way back to your own internal compass when everything familiar has changed comes from both the inside of that experience, and the years of study and hours of mastering my craft.
Why I work the way I do
I'm an Aquarius, a Generator in Human Design, and an ENFJ — sometimes called The Protagonist. People with this personality type tend to feel called to a purpose larger than themselves, and to find deep meaning in helping others grow into who they're capable of becoming. That has always felt true of me and it's part of why I built The Wholeness Hub the way I have: as a space where science and soul co-exist, where personal development and real lived experience inform each other, and where nobody has to choose between depth and momentum.
I don't coach from theory and qualifications alone. I coach from having had to rebuild my own foundations and life from the ground up, more than once, and from a deeply personal understanding of what it takes to keep moving when the version of your life you'd planned no longer exists.
I AM THE COACH FOR YOU IF...

I AM THE COACH FOR YOU IF... *
You're a high-achieving woman who looks like she has it all together on the outside, but inside you're starting to run on empty and you're ready to stop pretending otherwise.
You've been through something that changed you. A health crisis, a relationship shift, a season that didn't come with a roadmap, a big transition you didn’t see coming. You're ready to rebuild from a place of truth, not performance.
You want to build a foundation so unshakeable that whatever season comes [and seasons always come] you have something solid underneath for you to lean on.
You want a coach who blends science with soul, who can speak to your nervous system and your energy in the same conversation.
You're tired of surface-level wellness advice and want tools that actually work in real life, under real pressure, in seasons that aren't easy.
You know you're here for something bigger … in your work, your relationships, your impact, and you want to build toward it without burning yourself out to get there.
You want to be coached by someone who has lived what she teaches, but also studied it.
If any of that sounds like you, I'd love to work with you.
