The POSSIBILITY Retreat: Hillside Carool
[What if it was possible for me?]Sometimes life deals us a hand that feels impossible.
But there is a knowing inside of you: a glimmer, a question, a whisper of what if it's not? Is there a possibility there might be a greater plan at play here?
After being dealt a pretty challenging hand myself, here’s what I know to be true. Everything is possible. I believe you have unlimited potential and the possibilities are endless for you.
Most of us just haven't even scratched the surface yet …
So, what if we gave ourselves the intentional space, in an expansive and grounding environment, surrounded by the right people, with the opportunity to be asked the profound questions we maybe won’t ask ourselves and that allows us to unlock what we already know?
If you’re open to it, something quite profound, pivotal and truly transformational unfolds when we make a decision like that.
Put simply, that’s exactly why I created the POSSIBILITY RETREAT.
Four days and three nights that change everything.
All inclusive. Fully catered. Farm to table meals. All experiences. Nothing to organise except showing up with a comittment to openness, vulnerability and receiving.
THIS RETREAT IS FOR YOU:
:: You wake up before your alarm, not because you're rested, but because your mind is already running the list before your feet hit the floor.
:: You're making decisions by 7am that most people don't make all day. What to wear. What to say in the meeting. Whether to finally address the thing you've been avoiding, or let it slide again.
:: You're brilliant in the boardroom, or building the thing you built from nothing. And somewhere around 2pm, there's a flicker - a thought so fast you barely catch it. Is this it? Then the next meeting starts, and it's gone.
:: You're the one people text "do you have 5 minutes?" … and it's never actually five minutes, and you always say yes anyway.
:: You're not necessarily unhappy. That's almost the hardest part to explain. Your life looks good. It often is good. But there's a quiet hum underneath it, a feeling you've forgotten what it's like to simply be, without an audience or an output attached to it.

Charlie Gordon
I’ve been investing in these environments, curating experiences, coaching women and running workshops for just under a decade. So many of us have knowledge, we are missing the environments, accountability and radical self honesty and responsibility to turn that knowledge → action → embodiment.
In 2024, I was dealt a hand that I never saw coming, my fiancé Johnny sustained a life-changing spinal cord injury. Overnight, I became his full-time carer, and everything I thought I knew about life, resilience, healing, and what it actually takes to hold yourself together in the hardest moments was tested in ways no qualification could have prepared me for.
Yet, I truly believe the years I had spent investing in myself, building an unshakeable foundation, understanding my own mind, developing real emotional intelligence and resilience are what carried me and still do through this season. The little things become the big things. And a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. I have said both of those for years, I have never understood them more fully than I did in this season.
That season took almost everything I had. My work became my way of life, every piece of knowledge I had ever studied or habit I hadn’t quite mastered yet became something I was now living and embodying, at a rate that was initiation on fire, and still moves me when I look back on it. It asked me to put down most of what I had built in my business. And then, slowly, it gave me back a version of this work that is more honest, more embodied, and more impactful than anything I could have taught before living it.
Everything I now teach about nervous system regulation, about resourcing yourself through seasons that have no roadmap, about finding your way back to your own internal compass when everything familiar has changed comes from both the inside of that experience, and the years of study and hours of mastering my craft.
Whilst my embodied and lived experience is profound, my background includes BSC in psychology, health coaching, life coaching, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), mindfulness practices, Reiki Level 1 and 2, pilates instructing, product development and business.
A retreat is one of my favourite ways to blend these all together.
