18 months later, it’s reimagined, refined and in it’s next iteration. We’re in a new location overlooking the beautiful Currumbin beach with an evolved perspective on life, movement and and how we choose to facilitate events.

A divine blend of meditation, movement, journaling, reflection and reiki.

Amazing for newcomers, or those that desire to deepen their practice.

Location: VIKA Events, Currumbin [766 Pacific Parade, Currumbin] Street parking available, we are in the upstairs room - accessible via a lift or internal stairs.

  1. A yoga mat

  2. Journal and pen

  3. Open mind and energy

  4. Drink bottle

  5. Pillow and blanket [optional]
